GMD: Ratigan

Made this after watching Piggy with Paul Anderson. Just wanted to make something... like that I was very close sending a message to Disney to ask what kind of animal Ratigan is... Have you seen his teeth in the movie? They are not the teeth of a rat nor a mouse (Better say the last thing before he send Felicia after me....)

Tools: Different types of pencils, easer and a little knife.
